Call or text and you get an answer, not a runaround. It is the thing customers mention more than anything else.
Straight posts, straight answers.
There is no mystery to a good fence. The posts go deep and set properly, the rails sit level, the palings or sheets line up, and the run finishes where it should. Do that and the boundary looks right on the day and still looks right in a few years.
The rest is being easy to deal with. Answering the phone, saying what the job actually needs rather than what is easiest to sell, and turning up when we said we would. Customers put it as “down to earth, honest” and “no fuss”, and that will do.
